Workmanship and Parts Warranty

Any warranty on parts, materials, or equipment is governed by the terms set by the original manufacturer; we pass those warranties through to you to the extent we are permitted to do so, but we are not the warrantor for third-party parts and cannot extend or modify a manufacturer’s terms.

Warranty coverage is contingent on normal use and does not apply to damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or circumstances outside our control.

Appointment Scheduling and Cancellation

We ask that you give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to offer that time to other customers and keep our schedule running smoothly.

If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, we reserve the right to charge a late-cancellation fee. The amount of any such fee will be communicated to you when you book your appointment. We understand that emergencies happen and will consider documented urgent circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
